Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) – Bolton Local Offer

From September 2014, as part of the SEND reforms, each local authority in England was required to publish a ‘Local Offer’ for children and young people aged 0 to 25 years who have a special educational need or disability.  The purpose of the Local Offer is to provide a single point for information to help families’ access details about services available to them. Child Sexual Exploitation – New National Resources

The University of Bedfordshire have launched 12 ‘Short Films for Practice-CSE Research’  aimed at anyone who wants to access learning from the latest research on CSE, in a short accessible form. The films share the findings of a range of studies undertaken by researchers in ‘The International Centre: Researching Child Sexual Exploitation, Violence and Trafficking’ at the University of Bedfordshire, as well as drawing on wider CSE literature.
