If you are worried that a child may be being abused or neglected then please take action.  In an emergency call 999 or you can contact Bolton’s Referral and Assessment Team, part of the Multi-agency Screening and Safeguarding Service (MASSS) on :

Remember if you are a professional working with the child or their family and making a referral you should follow this up in writing using the Early Help Form to share information within two working days.  The Early Help Form can be accessed here and once completed should be sent securely to GSMR&[email protected] or by post to Bolton MASSS, Duty Team, Castle Hill Centre, Castleton Street, Bolton BL2 2JW. 

A copy should also be sent to the Integrated Working Team and their contact details are in the Early Help form.
