Child Sexual Exploitation – New National Resources

The University of Bedfordshire have launched 12 ‘Short Films for Practice-CSE Research’  aimed at anyone who wants to access learning from the latest research on CSE, in a short accessible form. The films share the findings of a range of studies undertaken by researchers in ‘The International Centre: Researching Child Sexual Exploitation, Violence and Trafficking’ at the University of Bedfordshire, as well as drawing on wider CSE literature. Child Sexual Exploitation Summit – 9 April 2014

Exit Are On The Move

The existing EXIT team has moved to Breightmet House in Bolton to join our colleagues from Greater Manchester Police in helping to safeguard Bolton’s Children from Sexual Exploitation. The EXIT team under the Greater Manchester Safeguarding Partnership Project Phoenix will offer a Multi-Agency Co- located approach to dealing with the problems of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) in the Bolton Area. The newly formed team will allow for increased prosecutions of perpetrators, enforcement, investigation and disruption of CSE related activity, more effective intelligence gathering from a shared knowledge base.
